This lovely lady has a thatched hat roof, plenty of class, space and she offers security and centrality.
10 people can be comfortably accommodated on her premises in 5 generous rooms, each with their own separate access. Inside there is a large lounge / dining room to share, comfortable well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook, and two bathrooms - one is en suite and the separate bathroom has a bath and shower. One of the rooms, not the one with the en-suite, has its own lounge and courtyard.
Outside there is a large salinated private pool, pretty garden and braai facilities. It is not far to travel from this home-from-home to the beaches in the north and south of Cape Town, you are 15 minutes (10kms) away from the Greenpoint Soccer stadium, very close to the Water Front and access to Table Mountain. Pinelands is the original garden city of Cape town with large spacious properties and plenty of trees. On this particular lady's doorstep there is a large area of land where you can stroll or kick a soccer ball.
There is a famous Italian eating place - Magica Roma, just down the road, the shopping center and garage is a few blocks away. Other recommended favorite eating places nearby are Chai O (Thai) and The Wild Fig (genteel). There are also several fast-food places on your doorstop - MacDonald’s, Steers and the Spur.
