Please write your name and the date of the program on which you are participating on so that it is clear on my bank account statement. I will undertake to distribute your payment to the relevant parties, i.e. for accommodation and game drives.
IMPORTANT: Please read the following booking conditions before paying your deposit. Your deposit payment to me is your agreement to all the conditions stated below.
Booking Conditions:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- The full payment is required 1 week before the program commences.
- In the event of cancellation prior to 1 week of the program date, your deposit payment will be forfeited.
- In the event of cancellation 1 week before the program commences, the full amount will be forfeited.
- In the event of postponing your trip to a future program date, there will be a handling fee of 25% of the total package price.
- In the event of a 'no-show', you will forfeit 100% of the package price.
- Meerkat Magic Valley conservancy, accommodation proprietors, game guides and program facilitators will do everything in their ability to make your time with us enjoyable, comfortable and maximally safe, but we cannot take responsibility or be liable for any injury, damage or loss to any client or their possessions whatsoever.
- Your participation in every program session is required for you and the group to benefit maximally. If you are not present at any session, it impacts on the cohesiveness and feeling of trust within the group. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this regard.
- If any client is booking on behalf of another party, please will you take responsibility to let all parties know of these conditions and ensure that all parties are satisfied with the stated conditions. Thank you.
